Last week, I had the opportunity to attend a program focused on journalism, safety, and fact-checking. As an agricultural agent who travels across the nation, including to communities where I may or may not speak the local dialects or languages, this program was highly beneficial.
The training broadened my knowledge of fact-checking and journalism, which is crucial for navigating government policies and related situations in the field. It has greatly enhanced how we operate at AMOLOYE FARMS AND AGRICULTURAL AGENCY, particularly in handling information and interactions related to agricultural activities, such as land disputes and farmland conflicts.
I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the facilitators from Webfala for the excellent job they did in delivering this program. Special thanks also go to the program manager for their dedicated efforts in bringing together the best facilitators and stakeholders to make this program a success.
By equipping myself with these skills, I am better prepared to ensure accuracy and safety when managing sensitive information and interacting with diverse communities. This experience is invaluable for the work we do and how we engage with people on various agricultural matters.
